I updated the testing and release process with a step to catch this sort of thing in the future: https://cryptopp.com/wiki/Release_Testing#The_Process . Its probably going to be less of a problem in the future since there will be one version control system to manage, and not two of them. Two of them was the reason we effectively worked offline, and hand copied changes into both source control system.
