Hi Everyone,

We enabled mod-rewrite rules to direct all HTTP traffic to HTTPS. It was
added due to Chrome's upcoming decision to display HTTP as insecure. Also
see
https://www.wired.com/2016/11/googles-chrome-hackers-flip-webs-security-model/.

Testing under most Browsers and other user agents like cURL and Wget was
OK. Firefox was a problem, and it resulted in “The page isn’t redirecting
properly” for the wiki. If you experience a problem, then please clear your
cache under Firefox. Be sure to select "Forget Site" and not "Delete
History". Also see
http://superuser.com/questions/173210/how-can-i-clear-a-single-site-from-the-cache-in-firefox

.
