Hi Everyone,

GNU is preparing for a GCC 7 release. GCC 7 provides most of C++17. Also 
see https://gcc.gnu.org/gcc-7/changes.html.

We tested OK under GCC 7 on Debian 8 with Experimental enabled. Fedora 26's 
installer did not work as expected under Virtual Box, so Red Hat/Fedora is 
untested at the moment.

We don't use C++17 features that I am aware of, but we are compatible for 
those who will be using the combination.
