We must use only opensource projects and never never never software of Microsoft. As you can see by StuXnext virus, Microsoft's code have security holes in order to government control. So we must use only open source projects like CodeBlocks, that we can bree and easy install. I am afraid i must leave Cryptopp because i cant compile on windows easy.
