Hi Everyone,

Botan checked-in an implementation of SHACLA2 using Intel SHA intrinsics.
Also see https://github.com/randombit/botan/pull/1151/files.

The Botan team was kind enough to allow us to use their encrypt function
and release it under Crypto++ licensing terms, which is effectively public
domain. The check-in of interest can be found at
https://github.com/weidai11/cryptopp/commit/1ab1e08ac5b5a0d6.

SHACAL2 performance improved from about 27 cpb to about 8 cpb.

I'd like to look into an ARMv8 port, but its low on my priority list at the
moment. OCB and ed25519 signatures are next on my hit list.

Jeff
