Maybe Ninja already solved the problem, for all strangers, who want to do
it:

   - check marks in Build => Batch Build as on Ninja's screen. Should be
   Win32 for both Release and Debug for cryplib.lib
   - check Runtime Library = "Multi-threaded Debug (/MTd)" in Project
   Properties => C++ => Code Generation
   - previous point for both cryptlib and cryptest solutions
   - also check Configuration type in Propject Properties => General, but
   it should be "Static library (.lib)" from the very beginning.

If it still doesn't help, please, post here, I have ready project at the
moment - could try to find a problem.

And also cryptopp version matters - I have 6.1 - C++11, Windows SDK 10. For
prev versions I used Windows SDK 8
