I see Omnet++ questions on occasion. I have not seen one answered. You 
should probably ask the Omnet++ folks how to specify a library in their IDE.

I believe Omnet++ uses Google Groups for their mailing list. Also see 
https://omnetpp.org/mailing-list.html.
