This is the pseudo-stable first candidate. In fact we already know that this is not going to be selected as pseudo-stable as some things in it are still broken (more specifically the fixes to the VOS plugin didn't make it in time for this snapshot). Nevertheless I would appreciate it if people could test this version so that we can spend the next few days finetuning this release. That also means that everybody should be careful with doing significant commits to both CS and CEL.
