Hi everybody ... we have a problem with units in CS and 3dsmax. It seems that if using "meter" as system unit in 3dsmax the exported stuff (CAL3D) has the correct size in the engine (or if you import the meshes with Blender) but the problem is that this setting is pretty bad for modeling/unaccurate.
When switching to "inch" as system unit to get more accuracy the objects are scaled too big (we're using 1 CS unit as 1 meter). Well that's no problem for normal objects since you can scale them down before exporting but for animations and skeletons (CAL3D) this is a pretty problem. For now we scaled the animated meshes down by code/XML ... but is there some better solution, how do you model meshes in 3dsmax that have the correct size?
