[CsMain] MSVCP70D.dll was not found

Hi,

 

some lib/dll files seem not correctly linked when using cs-win32libs-0.99r0_020.exe .

it prompts "MSVCP70D.dll was not found" when running ceguitest.exe and some others.

 

by the way, I am unsing vs2003.net
