I agree, although we have the option of adding the developers' SF
addresses to the list of addresses which are allowed implicitly. This
is a bit annoying since it needs to be maintained manually, but it is
certainly doable.

The same problem also exists for crystal-docs since that email is
actually sent by the SF web server process.
