How about one of these: LinkPointer Activate Push Link Pointer It's not that the icon represents a link, but it represents the fact that the mouse is on top of a link or some other item that you can click to do something. In CS it will likely be either a 3D object or some kind of GUI push button image, rather than link text (though I guess that's possible too).
