Hello,
No I did not find a working .map or .bsp blender importer. If you find one,
I would be glad if you let me know.
However, I was able to import my old Counterstrike maps directly into CS
using the converter at
http://www-poleia.lip6.fr/~degris/converter/<http://www-poleia.lip6.fr/%7Edegris/converter/>
.
(See
http://community.crystalspace3d.org/tiki-browse_image.php?galleryId=1&sort_mode=created_desc&desp=20&offset=0&imageId=345
for a screenshot of my old Counterstrike level in CS)
Unfortunately, that was a long time ago and this importer had some issues
with correct UV-texture mapping which seem to have increased as the importer
does not seem to be maintained for some time now.
I hope I was able to help you,
DaHoC
