My & Andres' labors wrt installers bear fruit: binary packages!

They're still a bit rough around edges (e.g. no Start Menu entries or 
so), but in general things should work - ie apps should run and building 
something against the stuff in the "SDK" package should work out. (I 
managed to build CEL against that.)

For now the binaries were built with GCC; the main reason why there are 
no VC packages is that I don't have enough disk space to build these as 
well...

Some work also went towards allowing easier integration of CS into 
installer for programs using it. For an example see the YoFrankie installer:
