My & Andres' labors wrt installers bear fruit: binary packages! http://crystalspace3d.org/downloads/binary/1.9/
They're still a bit rough around edges (e.g. no Start Menu entries or so), but in general things should work - ie apps should run and building something against the stuff in the "SDK" package should work out. (I managed to build CEL against that.) For now the binaries were built with GCC; the main reason why there are no VC packages is that I don't have enough disk space to build these as well... Some work also went towards allowing easier integration of CS into installer for programs using it. For an example see the YoFrankie installer: http://crystalspace3d.org/downloads/YoFrankie/YoFrankie.msi -f.r. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by the Moblin Your Move Developer's challenge Build the coolest Linux based applications with Moblin SDK & win great prizes Grand prize is a trip for two to an Open Source event anywhere in the world http://moblin-contest.org/redirect.php?banner_id=100&url=/ _______________________________________________ Crystal-main mailing list [email protected] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/crystal-main Unsubscribe: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]
