I personally could go either way with this, it’s up to the chairs what they want to do.
1. It’s clear that Bruce had endorsers, the email just had an error and failed to disclose them properly. The Bylaws state that a ballot requires two endorsers to proceed, but DOES NOT have a requirement that they be stated in the ballot email. That’s just a tradition to clearly document the endorsers. This could be considered a “repairable” error, since it’s clear what was intended and I don’t think it materially or adversely affected the voting process. 2. In order to avoid all doubt and make sure the endorsers are documented correctly, the ballot could be re-run.
