Very true.... but then they wouldn't have had the funds to pay the compliance costs of dealing with the non-resident witholding tax on royalties from each country or maybe they have not addressed that issue.

This is a prime example of a company being too greedy!
 
Imagine if DET had simply asked $100 per license + $5 p/month. It would be cheaper than talking to a lawyer so most traders would probably have paid without thinking, and DET would be highly profitable!
