[csforum] Software required

Hi Everyone,

We have a client looking for a rules-based decision-tree software
package that will allow them to improve PC support systems. Ideally
the software would generate decision trees on the fly from a database
of specifications, issues and solutions. The resulting information
would assist in both problem diagnosis and quality assurance for
service standards.  A comparable  product can be found at
