Hi Everyone,

Canterbury Software Inc. (CSI) in association with New Zealand Trade and Enterprise (NZTE) is pleased to offer you the following seminar/presentation:

Topic: UK Software Market Strategies for New Zealand companies
Presenter: Dominic Cavanagh, NZTE
Date and time: Wednesday 19 November 2003, 4.00pm - 5.00pm
Venue: Cii)
Cost: free, but you must be a CSI member!
(Not a member yet? Join now at http://www.canterburysoftware.org.nz/join.htm)

Dominic Cavanagh has recently returned from working in the NZTE London office for the last 6 months. He worked as a Marketing Consultant and dealt specifically with the software market in the UK. He is now based in Wellington and will be visiting Christchurch on 19 November. We are fortunate in that he has kindly agreed to meet with CSI members and share with us his experience and give us some valuable insights.

During this seminar/presentation you will learn about the following:
- UK software market size and breakdown
- UK IT buying behaviours
- potential market entry strategies and success factors
- your potential allies and resources in this market

BUT WAIT, THERE IS MORE...

NZTE has recently commissioned a report through a British agency on Software Market Entry Strategies for the UK Market. Copies of this report will be provided as handouts.

HOW TO REGISTER

If you or your colleagues would like to attend, please let me know by email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] how many persons will attend.

IMPORTANT NOTE: there is a tendency not to register for an event until one or two days before it happens. This time, we really need to know approximate numbers in advance. Quite simply, if we don't get enough registrations now, Dominic may well decide that he can spend his (limited) time more productively somewhere else when he is in Christchurch. So, please, if you are interested, let me know now without any delays!
