Hi everyone, InVis.au 2004: The Australasian Symposium on Information Visualisation The organising committee of InVis.au 2004 is pleased to announce that the symposium will be held in New Zealand for the first time in 2004. We hope that you will be able to take this opportunity to support this event through participation. The Australasian Information Visualisation Symposium, InVis.au, provides an opportunity for the community of researchers in Australia and New Zealand to share the latest developments in information visualisation with industry-based and academic colleagues from the Asia-Pacific region and other parts of the world. Information visualisation involves the visual representation, presentation and exploration of abstract information. It is a powerful tool in any area where understanding and exploration of visual data is important. Examples of application domains include financial markets, software structure, military logistics status, spatially-referenced information, graph browsing, program traces and bio-informatics. The organising committee would be delighted to discuss sponsorship opportunities with you.
