TARGET C-LEVEL EXECUTIVES FOR COMPLIANCE OUTSOURCING

Most US organisations are still unaware of the scope and necessity of
required compliance initiatives. Michael Herman reports.

direction, and strategy of compliance initiatives.

John Van Decker, vice president with META Groups Enterprise
Application Strategies service, says C-level executives are
significantly more likely than line-of-business managers to
increase outsourced functions as a result Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX)
compliance efforts. Conversely, IT professionals are more likely to
believe that compliance will not impact outsourcing decisions.
