we recently advertised for the position of Software facilitator for Canterbury
Software Incorporated. We have had to re advertise the role as a result of
not being able to secure the appropriate mix of skills after the initial advertisement.
The position is
still open and is an opportunity to help grow and address constraints faced by
the Software industry. Based at the Canterbury Development Corporation,
the CSI facilitator role involves developing business networks, identifying opportunities for companies to work together, and developing projects to grow
and address constraints faced by growing software businesses in
Canterbury.
If you are
intelligent, highly motivated and an entrepreneurial individual with a sense of
humour, possess excellent people skills and an ability to recognise
opportunities and facilitate relationships then you are the type of person we
are looking for.
While the role has a
lot of autonomy it does have an administrative component and reports to a
Sector manager within CDC. Essential attributes include being
professionally presented, diligence and a being a team
player.
Desired attributes
include relevant experience within the software sector, particularly in
marketing or people facing role.
This is an excellent
opportunity to gain exposure to Canterbury's software sector, to work with a
highly motivated and professional team and to contribute to the development of
an innovative and thriving economy.
A remuneration
package commensurate with the role and the individual applicant's experience
