Greetings, The Canterbury Software Cluster have started scheduling its new series of workshops for the year -- see http://canterburysoftware.org.nz/events.htm for details of the first two.
One of the most commonly-expressed needs of our members is for more marketing know-how and advice, so you should find this year's series of workshops very valuable -- pricing and promotion are the subjects of the first two, with more to come on that theme. We've also added new "Jobs Available" and "Jobs Wanted" forms which you are welcome to use -- see the links from the home page. Communication related to the job listings is directly back to the email address you provide, so by all means use an anonymous email address (e.g. hotmail.com) if you prefer a certain level of discretion when inviting applications. Don't overlook the Resources section of the site -- there's quite a lot of information there from previous workshops and other offerings. In addition to which, this email forum exists for day-to-day questions and goes to about 80 software-related organisations in Canterbury -- by all means use it to share ideas, gather information or request specific help. Finally, put a ring around March 15, as the Cluster is throwing a party at 5:30pm -- see the Events page. This is an excellent chance to let your hair down, catch up with what we are doing, and network with other superb software successes! cheers, peter ============================================ Peter Hyde, SPIS Ltd & WebCentre Ltd , Christchurch, New Zealand * http://BusinessDailyReview.com - daily analysis, strategy, ideas * http://TurboNote.com - sticky notes and instant messaging * Web automation for online periodicals: http://TurboPress.com --> via Canterbury Software email forum: Success through Connections Email your messages to [EMAIL PROTECTED] Searchable list archive: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected] Leave or rejoin the list: http://canterburysoftware.org.nz/forum.htm
