Dear Fraser,
Our company (Opportunity Technologies) based in Auckland
New Zealand, would certainly consider sponsoring ANZA Technology Network by
providing the use of one of our Voice/Video Conferencing solutions for the
duration of the conference.
This would allow companies that can not make the
conference to at least attend online and see a webcam video feed plus
hear audio of the event, should a laptop and Internet connection be
available.
We would certainly like to attend ourselves but it may not
be possible this coming conference due to existing commitments.
We have been operational now for coming up two years and
our diverse and inexpensive technology called VoiceCaf, is already
being embraced around the world by State Departments, Governments,
Universities/Distance Learning Organizations, Police Departments, Corporations,
Businesses, Families and individuals.
There's no complicated software required...our products
work via small Java plug-ins and a 56K dial-up connection.
If you would like to review some technical data, we have
printable PDF data-sheets available here: http://members.optecs.com/resources/VoiceCafeProductDataSheets.pdf or
in Word format:
Our range of online conference solutions, allows
from 5 to 500 participants to interact internationally with presenters, at
the most affordable per Seat prices on the Internet with no additional
charges such as per minute, per person, fees that other
companies charge.
Our solutions offer UNLIMITED monthly use and prices range
from only $3 to $25 per seat, depending on required features. As earlier
stated there are no additional charges for telephone connections as our system
is totally Internet based, with our high quality VOIP working efficiently on a
56K dial-up connection.
Being anything up to a 30th of the price of similar conference solutions,
we are poised for rapid growth, especially now that we have just released our
incredible full desktop sharing collaboration tool called the
OfficeMaster.
Our VoiceCaf Communication Platforms allows users
to:
# Attend business meetings from home or out of town.
# Keep in touch with associates. # Save up to 95% on conference call costs. # Participate in live conference session events. # Present your product live on the net from 5 to 500 people. # Provide a virtual training or teaching service. # Provide Technical Support # Have fully interactive meetings where everyone can speak and be heard. # Full Desktop Sharing Collaboration Tools.
# Present a PowerPoint slide show, with our page PUSH technology. # Pass the microphone to participants. # Distribute information, files and brochures using the whiteboard. # Show your image or product using the web cam feature. # Attend classes from your own home. # Teach to a larger audience. # Train people one-on-one or in groups. If you are at all interested in knowing more or would like
to pass on to Guy, I'd be pleased to arrange a demonstration.
Kind regards,
