Greetings, For those members involved in trade shows, Canterbury Software now has a portable display banner and brochure stand available for loan. These will be on display shortly at the Innovation Incubator in Armagh St, and may be borrowed for local or international use by any member.
Details and a photograph of them in action at the AnzaTech conference are online at http://www.canterburysoftware.org.nz/banner.htm Also available for any member are bifold CS business cards with two variants -- one for promoting CS to overseas contacts, and one for spreading the word locally. You can pick some up at the next CS event you attend. Some followup information on the June AnzaTech conference can be found at http://www.anzatechnet.com/content_frame/news/conference2002_survey.ht ml -- judging from the feedback, those who didn't make it this year would be well advised to plan ahead for the next one. For those interested, a copy of the CS presentation I gave at Anzatech can be downloaded below (the zip contains a PowerPoint which includes the the script as a running caption below each slide -- the script is best viewed by loading into PowerPoint and paging, rather than just double-clicking the file and running a show): http://www.canterburysoftware.org.nz/download/cs_presentation.zip Finally, MINE, a new initiative linking Angel investors with local entrepreneurs, has been launched recently by Industrial Research Ltd. Their Web site is linked from the Finance section of the CS Resources page. cheers, peter ============================================ Peter Hyde, SPIS Ltd & WebCentre Ltd , Christchurch, New Zealand * http://TurboNote.com - sticky notes and instant messaging * http://BusinessDailyReview.com - daily analysis, strategy, ideas * Web automation for online periodicals: http://TurboPress.com --> via Canterbury Software email forum: Success through Connections Email your messages to [EMAIL PROTECTED] Searchable list archive: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected] Leave or rejoin the list: http://canterburysoftware.org.nz/forum.htm
