Apologies for my spelling. I am composing this email from m phone. As to the 
wind issue for counterstrike global offensive, have yu check the flag and see 
if its being affected by the world wind? The last resort you could do is to 
animate a 3d model of a power line and then import it into csgo as a dynamic
