I just updated last night and kicked off a Windows based casual server.

On join, it seems that the server starts off usual, but then the round
restarts (on dust as T, I was just entering the inside hallway and the round
restarted). It's similar to what you'd see in TF2 with the pre-round stuff
to allow people to join the server before the real round starts.

After the round restarts, it has me choose my team again, at which point the
team splash screen hangs (but the game is still active in the background).
I found I can get rid of the team splash screen by viewing my score screen.
>From here, I walk to where the action would be and the bots are just sitting
there staring at each other (not moving). If I move in to the middle of
them, all of the opposing team bots follow where I go, but they don't shoot
me and I can't kill them.

For sake of consistency, I joined one of the comp servers running on the
same box and did not see this behavior. I've also tried updating this
particular server instance with a validate and it validates successfully
with no downloaded files.

Any thoughts on what might be going on?
