Anyone else getting errors when first running the steamcmd.exe file (before logging in or anything)? I can't get the program to update. My steam client is closed, and my internet connection is definitely working. There is no antivirus/firewall setting that would be blocking my connection with steam (as the regular steam client works perfectly). Any hints?
