Ok, im posting this on here because posting it on the forums may cause
many people to exploit this, and as of now, I dont see many who figured
this out.
@Valve:
When friendly fire is on, is it possible to either still make the
molotov give damage to team players, or make a special CVAR so admin can
choose to have molotovs cause damage with FF off, like mp_FF_Molotov 0
or 1. OR something like this.
Reason being, I keep friendly fire off in my server because pub
players act like morons, team attacking for no reason, all the time, so
friendly fire is just obnoxious to leave on. But, I found, if someone on
my team throws a molotov, I can run through it, when the CTs arent
expecting me too, because it does no damage and it does not slow me
down. I dont want players to be able to do this...kind of a cheat. So I
think it would be good to at least have molotov as an acceptance with FF
(or a seperate cvar for server admin to choose themselves if they want
it) so that players cannot exploit this.
