[Csgo_servers] gamemodes.txt maxround and timelimit

i have tried changing my maxrounds and timelimit in gamemodes, and gamemodes_server, but it doesnt matter, it always stays at 30 rounds for me, and no time limit, I have to manually set the mp_timelimit every map change in order for the timelimit to work. 

Anyone else have this bug?
