Correct, I could probably put the weapon a few times on the list in a row, but 
seems odd that they would have a kills, 1.. if not adjustable.  Also it doesn't 
reward those who get multiple kills (Besides nade awards) in a single round.

Ideally it would work like this:  It takes 2 kills from usp/glock in a single 
round to advance (the next round start of course).  Once you get to awp/etc you 
kill 1 person, and you lose it next round and start over with pistols again.. 
kind of a work to get the good weapons, then repeat.
