Map that already exists on players pc and has same name will not
redownload, ever. Thats' why custom maps names are different with every
version. They cannot be updated like lets say "de_dust". However, adding
spawns in the past usually didn't cause any issues, as long as it's done
only to the version in the server. But - if the map is changed somehow
else, like even a slight change in geometry, the map will differ from
servers and players cannot connect.
