That's a shame D: I'm able to connect via IP to my own server when it's below 24 players. There are others sitting at 22, 28, 26, etc all not allowing me to connect. 25 is arbitrary, but it's around that mark for me at this present time. I just joined a 20 slot server no problem sitting at 19 players.
