Some things I'd like to add. Maybe some of this is already possible so
please help me if that is the case.

*  A way to control the halftime swap. We don't necessarily want this
on our public server or maybe want to change it (or trigger it
manually/with a plugin even?)

*  More flexibility with goals. Setting mp_maxrounds 0 currently makes
the server go haywire and switch maps all the time. We want time limit
only and not hack around it with having mp_maxrounds 9999 set.
*  Control over more  cash reward settings. Currently there are limits

on the cash rewards and some weapons reward additional cash (like the
nova shotgun giving +$900). I want to freely change how much money
people get (like always getting $50) and I'd like to disable some of
the weapon bonuses. Preferably without hacking around it and without
plugins so I'd love to have the existing cash settings expanded.

*  Something to add to the information display request. I'd like to
have some custom messages be displayed while the player tries to join
a team (think "you can't join this team"), but all traditional means
of display are obstructed by the full-screen menus. It would be great
if something could be done here.

*  Colored messages are somewhat bugged right now. You can't start a
message with a color code but need to start it with an additional
space, else the first color code will not be used correctly.

*  While there are a lot of additional cvars (which is great!) some of
them have some very arbitrary limitations. mp_maxmoney is capped ad
some arbitrary value, mp_buytime could be longer (we can now have
60minute rounds, why only 10minutes of buytime), cash cvars have
arbitrary lower and upper boundaries as mentioned above. It would be
great to get some changes here.

*  A way to disable the forced auto-join when connecting
