This is what I think is happening: The message "Your server will be restarted on map change." Is coming up because
a. You're running with -autorestart b. Steam thinks your server is out of date ( not 1.17.2.1 ) On map change it shuts down but srcds_run doesn't support the new steamcmd yet so it doesn't update and restart it. Can you confirm/test my assumptions? The servers with the problem are exactly identical to servers running correctly, in that they are simply a stock install with a very slightly modified gamemodes_server.txt file.
