Confirmed (I already reported this on the list last Saturday – see: “Re: [Csgo_servers] Collision / Half-time”). Seems well and truly bugged, like so many of the newly added commands (zeus, collision, halftime).

With mp_halftime 1 the server goes crazy switching maps almost immediately as I connect. The second problem is if I set mp_maxrounds 16 it doesnt work. It's still on 10, even if I set it in gamemodes.txt and its not in _server.
