We have a similar problem.
Maxplayers 25, visible max 24, only 20 can connect.

Hey guys , i have already set -maxplayers_override 16 to my command line start and also have set maxplayers 16 to all fields at gamemodes.txt.
But , when I was playing cs_italy_se , today , it was 5 vs 5 players , and other new players were not able to join a team , because it said that it is full already , so they stayed spectator.
How to fix that?
Also , when I am writing via console (rcon say hello!) , i can't see Console message outputs in the chat. Please confirm!
