Thanks for the response. I have removed the read only on that file, and went back to the default. I then moved the settings that I added in there 'maxplayers' and 'mp_startmoney' to the gamemodes_server.txt -- However, I am still getting the looping.
server ip is 72.9.157.20:27015 if joining would show you what I mean. I haven't changed any other settings, most everything is default as this will be a casual default server.
