When Steam goes down, your server will not be listed until after it
crashes, or you manually restart it. Since Steam3 goes down
(typically) multiple times per day, you're going to have visibility
problems.

This is only valid for multi-homed systems, and it's been been an
issue for months. It's possible this has always been broken, but only
became vividly visible after the old master system was deprecated. No
one from Valve seems to care. :/
