Would be great if mp_halftime 1 would work in casual mode as it works in
competitive as some of us are not happy with the default settings of
casual and would like someting in between casual and competitive. Teams
do swap on casual but the scores fail to work.
Also, if you are going to set the casual mode loading screen as static,
please change the "rounds 10" to 15 as it is now. Maybe it's not a good
idea to put those settings on the loadign screen anyway as some of us
will have friendly fire on and solid teammates even on casual mode.
