The only fix for this I have found so far is 1. Open your DS 2. Taskkill steam.exe and then relaunch steam. And what comes to the cvars if you can't find it in gamemodes_(gamemode).cfg put it in server.cfg, else just change the value there.

I must close the DS and open the client, then minimize the client to open the DS, if I close the client I must go through the process again, pretty annoying. Still didn't get any answers on my last question as to where to put the CVARS for mp_startmoney , mp_afterroundmoney, bot_quota, bot_joinafterplayer etc, need an explaination of server.cfg, and all of the other .txt files, why can't it just be server.cfg like previously?
