Remove manifest files from steamcmd/depotcache - and if that doesn't
work, try removing files from steamcmd/package, You can also try to
install steamcmd into new directory. I find it borks sometimes and i've
gotten it working by removing those files from depotcache.

I just noticed that SteamCMD wont update my csgo server anymore.
Everytime i try running the update, i get the error:
[----] !!! Fatal Error: Failed to load libsteam.so
The files does indeed existing in the linux32 directory of steamcmd
and i even tried manually downloading the binaries and it didnt fix it.
Any idea how to fix this?
