Use rsync -avz --filter=". /home/gamer/go/master/exclude.txt" /home/gamer/go/master/ /home/gamer/go/server1/
exclude.txt - gamemodes_server.txt - mapcycle.txt - cfg/** - motd.txt - exclude.txt - update.sh Just tested it on my server and it worked.
