There is a lot of big mistake in the logs message:

CS:GO>" triggered "clantag" (value "EUROSERIES!")
Why put the name of the clantag where is the team ?
The same for the team scored:
L 09/18/2012 - 21:47:32: Team "EUROSERIES CS:GO" triggered
"SFUI_Notice_Terrorists_Win" (CT "15") (T "8")
L 09/18/2012 - 21:48:14: Team "mapclean9rs" triggered
"SFUI_Notice_CTs_Win" (CT "16") (T "8")
There is a lot of message like this, plz fix this !
