I was able to disable hibernation by adding this to my server.cfg. sv_hibernate_ms - 0 sv_hibernate_ms_vgui - 0 sv_hibernate_postgame_delay - 0 sv_hibernate_when_empty 0
Im still getting this error but it takes about a week or more for it to happen. I will be testing it as i think hibernation being off makes it worse.
