I have the following lines in server.cfg, gamemode_competitive_server.cfg,
and gamemodes_server.txt.
sv_allow_votes 1
sv_vote_allow_spectators 1
sv_vote_quorum_ratio 0.01000
Yet when I open up console on my server, I get the following:

- Start a vote on an issue.

- List all the issues that can be voted on.

- Allow voting?

- Allow spectators to vote?

- How long after a vote passes until the action happens

- How often someone can individually call a vote.
"sv_vote_failure_timer" = "300" game
- A vote that fails cannot be re-submitted for this long
"sv_vote_quorum_ratio" = "0.501" min. 0.010000 max. 1.000000 game
- The minimum ratio of players needed to vote on an issue to resolve
it.
"sv_vote_timer_duration" = "15" game
- How long to allow voting on an issue
I've tried manually inputting the commands via rcon, still no luck.
Please help, this has been annoying me forever.
