Also, one suggestion to try for people who are crashing is to install latest versions of C runtime libraries? Another suggestion is to run the actual Steam GUI Windows client on that machine, login to your Steam account and then try to run srcds.exe - would be interesting to know if having Steam client running fixes the issue? -Vitaliy
