Each time you want to update a different game install, you have to change
force_install_dir to that installs dir and then run app_update

What has happened to InstallRecord.blob which was used by hldsupdatetool
I've got multi installs of CSGO and CS16 and 1 place for Steamcmd.
Updating 1 CSGO or CS16 server install makes steamcmd think all servers are
uptodate :\
