For a long time I'll see my console spammed with: *CheckUpdatingSteamResources: Downloading UGC Map.... 0.000000*
It eventually continues on, but sometimes it sits there and spams that for 1-3 minutes before continuing. I notice if I restart the srcds then it works a lot faster.
