I disabled Hibernating, it cause some problems to join the server after it pass to Hibernate Mode (Have to restart the server to join...)
The bots are disabled to (bot_quota 0 and bot_join_after_player 1), and if there are any in the servers they are automaticaly kicked by a PHP Script. Have you got these values with hibernate mode on ?
