Hey, The experience I have with GOTV is that you need to really start the server first, with a map.
So you would need something like: scrds.exe -game csgo -console +game_type 0 +game_mode 1 +mapgroup mg_bomb +map de_dust2 +tv_relay 176.57.128.33:27090 +password "good" The best way to test it is to launch a normal server, put the "password WORD" command and then do "tv_relay IP". You will see the server "shutting down" and changing to a relay.
